Lawful outreach

Customers must obtain required consent, honor do-not-call and opt-out requests, identify themselves when required, and follow applicable calling-time, caller-ID, recording, and automated-message laws.

Prohibited activity

Do not use Smart Dial for fraud, harassment, threats, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, credential theft, malware, deceptive caller identity, emergency-service interference, or unauthorized access.

Do not upload or call unlawfully obtained lists.
Do not evade platform safeguards, credit limits, or provider restrictions.
Do not place sensitive data into fields or services not approved for that data.

Enforcement

Smart Dial may investigate suspected abuse and restrict access when necessary to protect people, providers, or the service. Final notice, appeal, and termination language requires legal review.
