Smart Dial legal & trust center

Security

Smart Dial security safeguards, responsibilities, and areas requiring operational verification.

Important: Security overview — factual implementation details may change. This is not a certification, audit report, or guarantee against every threat.

Safeguards implemented in the application

Smart Dial uses unique authenticated accounts, role-based permissions, organization boundaries, session controls, protected administrative actions, and security-event logging.

  • Automatic inactivity sign-out and single-device session controls
  • Server-side authorization and tenant-scoped access rules
  • Two-step assurance and recent reauthentication for sensitive Master Admin actions
  • Private document storage paths and server-managed service credentials

Data protection

Connections to configured service providers use encrypted network transport. Hosting-level encryption at rest, backup coverage, restore testing, key management, monitoring, and vendor contractual coverage must be confirmed operationally rather than inferred from this page.

Report a security concern

Do not send passwords, access tokens, patient information, call recordings, or other sensitive content by ordinary email. Contact Support with a minimal description so a secure follow-up process can be arranged.
