Important: This is a technical inventory, not confirmation of contractual approval, BAA availability, data residency, or use in every customer workflow.

Core providers

The application is designed to use Lovable Cloud for hosting, database, authentication, and private storage; SignalWire and Telnyx for telephony; Stripe for billing; Resend for transactional email; ElevenLabs for certain voice previews; and an AI gateway with model providers for AI or transcription features.

Healthcare review

Before any provider may touch ePHI, Smart Dial must confirm the specific service, data flow, retention behavior, security configuration, and required BAA or other contract. No provider is marked BAA-approved on this public page.

Changes

Providers and feature routing can change. Customers with contractual notice requirements should obtain an approved subprocessor schedule rather than rely solely on this draft page.
